Beliefs & Values

At St. Andrew's Regional High School, academic excellence goes hand-in-hand with qualities like integrity, purpose, responsibility, empathy, knowledge, servant leadership and many more. We not only teach facts but through God's Word we instill character because at St. Andrew's, we are building tomorrow's leaders.  Intelligent leadership rests on having a strong sense of purpose and direction. This, in turn, rests on facilitating the capacity to think clearly, act with integrity, make decisions, be sensitive to the needs of others, be strong in service and hold a global perspective.

The first step in building the leader's of tomorrow is nurturing the human spirit today. At St. Andrew's, we acknowledge there is a treasure within each one of us. We strive to bring excellence to every corner of our school, offering a great selection of clubs, teams, and activities to help our students form lasting friendships and get the most complete high school experience possible.

Whether it be as a member of our Mass Music group, an athletic team or our community outreach group, VOICE,  we all contribute to making St. Andrew's a warm, caring environment for all to flourish within.

This is how I explain what religion at this school teaches me. Sure I learn the history and analyze the Bible, but I also have been forming a set of morals and values that will go with me for the rest of my life. They are the foundation of who I am.

I am very excited to be able to link my Olympic journey, full of trials and tribulations, back to a very important time and place in my life: St. Andrew's Regional High School.
